Health: Recharge with a meditation nap

Most of us probably can’t take naps every day, but you can still get a bit of a boost with a simple meditation nap. Life Learning Today shows us how to do this with a simple writeup.

Basically, the aim here is to relax your muscles, calm yourself, and get rejuvenated in the space of 5-20 minutes (20 is optimal, but 5 is better than nothing). I’d be afraid I’d nod off in the “calm the mind” stage of this process, but I’m willing to give it a try. How about you – are you a dedicated mediation napper? Has it helped with your energy level? Let’s hear in the comments. — Wendy Boswell
